Mr. Avinash Deshmukh is a Civil Engineer and an accomplished real estate professional with over 28 years of experience in land acquisition, project planning, development, and execution. Based in Navi Mumbai, he has successfully identified and developed numerous real estate opportunities across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In past, under his company Morayaa Developers he had developed various projects in commercial and residential sectors.
He was also instrumental in handling many projects as consultant in the city of Pune. Also worked as Project Manager on residential and commercial project. Since 2012 working on various real estate deals including World Cup City, Palm Beach Road, Kharghar, Karave Gaon, Palm Beach Rd., Navi Mumbai
BALWINDER SINGH SANDHU
(Director – Marketing & Strategic Relations )
Mr. Balwinder Singh Sandhu, member of the 1983 World Cup winning team and has a very energetic marketing personality. He is Bachelor in Arts and Economics, settled in Mumbai and worked on various sectors in marketing. Along with that, he has a continued interest in cricket. In the past, he was the first Indian cricketer to attend the Level-3 Coaching Course in Adelaide, Australia in the year 1992 and qualified with distinction in Level-3 Coaching Course from The National Cricket Academy of BCCI in the year 2005. As former test cricketer, he was a highly renowned coach having trained many cricketers.He has trained more than 6000 Level-II & I coaches in India and conducted various Coaches Training Seminar programs in India. He believes that sporting strategies can be applied to the corporate world and corporates management skills. Under the banner of Global Sports Realty & Infra Private Limited, Mr. Sandhu’s main foray will be to help the company in marketing strategies

Mr. Vijay Patel seasoned project advisor with experience of thirty-five years in various fields of hospitality, health & wellness, finance, marketing in various industries and worked in all sections of retail, wholesale, production & projects at various positions & consultant in all those industries. Commerce graduate with Business Diploma from India and settled in Atlanta, US. While working in the past; also managed advertising, marketing, human resources, out sourcing, finance & accounting being career beginner had an experience with complete structure of accounting; books, training, teaching, auditing and project analysis
REGIE ELKINS
Regie Elkins, Architect with 42 years’ experience, managing design and construction projects domestically as well as internationally. Settled in Atlanta, US and had worked in various sectors of project with reputed corporates like American Express, Charles Schwab, FedEx and others. Almost for 20 years, he was with International Design- Construction Firm as Ex. Director of Design. He provides leadership in Design process from real estate selection, master planning to move-in.
Also led rollout programs for Bank of America, Equinix, Wachovia, Genuity POP Sites, American Express, Bank One, Lockheed, First Tennessee Bank, CSFB Direct & others. He is excellent in designing healthcare, hospitality, data centers, banks, malls etc. He is member of Society of International Business Fellows. His vast experience in Architectural designing & planning, project will get great benefit

Our prime project World Cup City is in Wahal, Navi Mumbai, India in the spread of rare available 350 acres parcel; it is a one of a kind project in the world. Project will consist of following sectors with Tourism attitude:
